Rental dates run from your start date through your return date inclusive. Items are prepared and inspected between events, so a piece returning on one day is not available to another customer the same day.

Delivery, setup and breakdown
We offer studio pickup, delivery, professional setup and breakdown. Delivery windows and any travel charge are confirmed with your quote.
Security deposits
Rentals that require a deposit are clearly marked at checkout. The deposit is held separately from the rental charge and is refunded once the items are returned and inspected.
Damage, loss and cleaning
Items should be returned in the condition they were received. Damage, loss or excessive cleaning may be deducted from the deposit; we always share a condition report first.
Rescheduling
Dates can often be moved when inventory allows. Contact us as soon as you know and we'll check availability for your new date.
