Quotes and confirmations
A request is not confirmed until we accept it in writing. Prices quoted are valid for the event date discussed and may change if the scope of your event changes.
Payments
Payments are processed securely through Square. Rentals may require a security deposit in addition to the rental charge; the deposit is a separate amount and is returned after the items come back in good condition.
Cancellations
Cancellation windows and any retained deposit are set out in your rental agreement or booking confirmation. Please contact us as early as possible if plans change.
Rental responsibility
Rented items remain the property of Glamvious Creations. You are responsible for the items from delivery or pickup until they are returned or collected, including loss and damage.
